Metal netting

In counterframes for internal door and shutter openings in plaster walls, a close-meshed metal netting 0.8mm thick is fixed to the sides with electrowelded clamps. The netting, which overruns the profile of the frame, facilitates and strengthens the grip of the plaster, avoiding the formation of cracks and fissures over time. PS | PD | TGD | FM |
Lower crosspiece

VIGHI Counterframes for internal doors and shutters to be installed in new construction areas are supplied with a lower crosspiece which is incorporated into the finished floor. Drilled horizontal crosspieces for plaster

In counterframes for internal door and shutter openings in plaster walls, the adhesion of the plaster is aided by the presence of horizontal drilled crosspieces on the sides of the frames. These crosspieces enable the formation of a cement core which makes the wall undeformable.

Slider guide

The slider guide of VIGHI Counterframes is sound absorbent and made from extruded 30/10 aluminium. Quietness and reliability over time are features over the whole range.

Slider guide for lifting windows

In the lifting windows and French windows the upper slider guide (not made by VIGHI but supplied by the window manufacturer) also acts as a barrier against wind and rain.

Slider carriages for internal doors and shutters
 |
The slider carriages of the counterframes for doors, each made from two sheathed roller bearings and covered in nylon for sound absorbency, have a maximum load bearing capacity of 160 kg per panel. Two slider carriages are mounted on each panel.

Slider carriages for external doors and shutters

The slider carriages of the counterframes for shutters and security grilles, fitted with anti-burglary rollers for control and locking underneath the slider guide, are each made from two sheathed roller bearings and covered in nylon for sound absorbency. The carriages, two per panel, each have a load bearing capacity of 80 kg.

Guide apparatus for counterframes with lower crosspiece

Self-centring and made from nylon, the guide apparatus used in VIGHI Counterframes with lower crosspiece is height adjustable using a square headed screw (patented by VIGHI). This screw allows the apparatus to be positioned exactly at the level of the finished floor.

Guide apparatus for telescopic doors

The counterframes with double guide for telescopic slider doors have a guide system comprising a self-centring stop and a guide, both in nylon.

Door stop

Stopper for double doors and shutters

This stopper (patented by VIGHI), made from nylon, is fitted with a slide adjustment bolt and a bolt for adjusting the stopping point of the slider panel. It is used with double doors and shutters.

Drip collector

Wooden trim

Seals

Soundproofing rubber pads

Universal guide positioning supports

All VIGHI Counterframes for lifting windows and French windows are fitted with Universal supports for attaching the door and shutter guides. Two of them are electrowelded to the upper part of the frame and the other two to the lower part.
